The Hebrew Bible, aka the Torah, aka the TaNak is the sacred text of Judaism later adopted and rearranged to form the Old Testament part of the Christian Bible. This text embodies the stories, traditions, and religious reflections of more than a millennia of Jewish history - a history that has not only shaped Judaism, but continues to impact our modern world.
